Program Description
NPHY’s Independent Living Program (ILP) offers transitional housing beds for unaccompanied homeless youth ages 16–24. Youth live in confidentially located condos across Clark County, where they have stable housing, 24-hour staff support, and access to the full range of wraparound services available through NPHY. In addition to safe, no-cost housing and essentials like food, clothing, and transportation, youth receive intensive case management from licensed social workers, life skills training, therapy, and support with education, employment, and mainstream benefits. Enrichment opportunities and partnerships with community organizations expand these supports to include healthcare, job training, and legal aid. The ILP helps young people build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to successfully transition into independence and adulthood.
