Program Description
NPHY’s Rapid Re-Housing Program (RRH) offers 20 housing placements for young adults ages 18–24, helping them move quickly from homelessness into their own safe apartments. Through temporary financial assistance, NPHY helps youth secure a lease in their own name, while providing case management, life skills coaching, and connections to education, employment, and healthcare. This combination of support allows young people to stabilize in the short term while also gaining the tools and confidence to sustain housing and independence long after the program ends.
