Program Description
Nevada Outreach Training Organization (NOTO) has the following mission statement: The
mission of Nevada Outreach Training Organization is to provide advocacy and prevention
services to the men, women and children of our communities.
NOTO’s programs are designed to:
• Provide a full intake assessment with case management, information, and referrals for individuals and families in need of assistance in accessing services and programs that will strengthen and support the family with the aim of long term stabilization and sustainability.
• Provides financial assistance for rent and utilities, transportation vouchers, laundry services, propane assistance, shower vouchers, and access to hygiene and clothing closets for individuals and families in need. Also offers application assistance, fax and notary services, and support navigating and connecting with other local community resources.
• Homeless Housing Queue intake site.
• Parenting, Co-parenting and Anger management classes onsite
