Nevada Outreach Training Organization (NOTO) has the following mission statement:
The mission of Nevada Outreach Training Organization (NOTO) is to provide advocacy and prevention services to the men, women, and children of our communities.
NOTO’s programs are designed to:
1. Identify persons, groups, and situations that are high risk, and definite appropriate treatment or prevention strategies
2. Empower clients to see options and make choices.
3. Assist clients to lead productive lives, including housing (transitional), education, gaining suitable employment, and empowering clients by giving them the ability to receive and Use information that can help them become safe and independent.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES INCLUDE:
Resources & Referrals, Assistance obtaining ID, Birth Certificate, & Social Security Card. Shower, laundry & propane vouchers. Hygiene, Clothing Closet, Financial Assistance, Veterans Funding, Anger Management, Parenting, Co-Parenting & Life Skills classes.
